Easy Way to Astral Project Through Meditation

This method is really simple:

  1. Wake up about 6 hours after you've fallen asleep. You need a good amount of sleep because if you are too tired- you won't stay aware during the borderline-sleep state. Some people have recommended not sleeping for a really long period of time but this is not healthy- at least with this technique, you can try it every single night and get better and better at stabilizing the border-line sleep state.

  2. Wake your mind up for a bit - this takes about 3-30 minutes but I keep myself awake for about 5-10 minutes which is best for me or else I can't get into the border-line sleep state that you need. You can also do this in the afternoon if you're tired but I found the morning to work a lot more.

    1. Go to the bathroom or get some water then use this time to set the intent that you will astral project from this meditation. Affirmations are very important at this step as they increase your chances of working significantly. You can just affirm "I will astral project from this meditation" and just repeat this while you are keeping yourself awake. What also works for me is repeating "My mind stays awake while my body falls asleep."

  3. Now lay back down (doesn't matter if you want to lay on your back or on your side but I've found that I fall asleep many times if I do this step on my side) and all you do is meditate and focus on your breath as you get more and more relaxed. The point is to get so relaxed that you reach the border-line sleep state.

  4. Now just stay focused on your breathing (other people like to focus on the natural noise you hear in your ears or the blackness behind the eyes and that's cool but it just wasn't something that I liked doing much) but try not to force it too much because it may make you "too awake." So just kinda breathe normally and observe the breath.

  5. You might start to hear a high pitched noise and begin to "see" or feel vibrations get stronger and stronger. If you can "see," then you are using your astral vision so try to roll over or stand up! If you can't see anything but the vibrations are really strong, you should still try to roll over or stand up (sometimes when you're starting out with astral projection you won't be able to see anything when you pop out of your physical body because your astral eyes are not yet accustomed to consciously seeing on this plane.

That's it!

I've done this numerous times and it has worked great! Don't give up if this hasn't worked for you... it took me a lot of practice to get this!

Also, it usually would take 5-90 minutes of meditation to finally "snap out" of my body so this method does take some patience.
